Keep Warm and Dry This Winter

Photo of heaters and building dryersKeep warm and dry this winter with our extensive range of heaters and building dryers.

Whatever the situation there is a heater to suit it.

For a workshop environment or where instant heat is required the propane or oil fired space heaters are ideal.

If you have a site office or tea room to heat there are the cabinet and dustbin heaters.

If dry heat is a requirement there is the choice of either fan heaters, ceramic or quartz heaters.

If you need to dry out a room we have either the Andrews HD500 or FD30 building dryers available.

The HD500 will dry out an area of 400 cubic metres and the FD30 175 cubic metres.

Pump Out the Volume

Photo of Hilta Drysite D5 Diesel PumpsLast month we added three new Hilta Drysite D5 Diesel pumps to the hire fleet.

These 3″ Diesel pumps, with electric start, offer a maximum output of 5000 gallons per hour. Their generous 8.25 litre tanks allow continuous running for up to 16 hours.

The addition of these new pumps compliments the existing 2″ petrol and submersible pumps to provide water pumping for the majority of requirements.

The Hilta D5 3″ Diesel Pump is available for hire at £60 per week

Wrap Up for Winter

The blue bomber jacket, modelled here by Paul, has a hidden hood and is available at £23.50 + vat.

The yellow hi-visibility motorway jacket, modelled by John, is £44.95 + vat.

Other items of clothing available in the shop are boot socks, wet suits, gloves and safety boots.

Between the Bridges

It has been all babies this past month at Didcot Plant.

Our congratulations go to Paul and Karen Tappin on the birth of Evie Grace and to Jeff and Vanessa Barnes on the birth of Phoebe Jo.

A warm welcome to Julian Rayment, who joins the firm to run the electrical workshop and small tool department.

Julian’s arrival has allowed Martyn Birch to concentrate on his role as Business Development Manager.

The 2002 Christmas Card will be arriving any day. We have all been given the caricature treatment as usual so look out for it in the post or check our website. You can even set it up as your computer’s wallpaper. What a thought!
