HAE HireSecure Loss or Damage Waiver

The waiver can be obtained by payment of a fee equal to 15% of the total hire charge of the relevant hire contract. HAE HireSecure Loss or Damage Waiver is, of course, subject to certain limits, exclusions, excesses and conditions – a detailed summary of cover is available on request. Acceptance to the scheme is subject to Insurers approval.

Long Term Hires

Special rates may be negotiated for long term hires.

Transport

Delivery and collection can be arranged at a nominal extra charge.

Consumables

Consumable items taken with hired equipment are supplied on a “sale or return” basis.

Cleaning

A cleaning charge will be made for any equipment returned in a dirty condition.

Safety First

Care must always be taken when using hired equipment as some machines can be dangerous if used incorrectly. It is important to read and follow all instructions carefully and comply with all requirements regarding the safe operation of the equipment. Protective clothing must be worn as and when necessary and particular attention should be given to the protection of head, eyes, lungs, hands and feet. With regard to electrical equipment we strongly recommend the use of circuit breakers with all 240v machines.
