New Director Appointed

Photo of Tony NewmanWe are very pleased to announce that Tony Newman was appointed to the board of directors of Didcot Plant on 1st January 2004.

Tony has been with the firm for 12 years after moving over from our sister company, Axworthy, who he joined in 1987. He has 28 years experience in Plant & Tool Hire overall.

Tony has special responsibility for the operation of our yard and workshop and is in overall control of the servicing and maintenance department.

We wish Tony every success in his new position.

New Man in the Hot Seat

Photo of Martyn BirchIn December Martyn Birch switched roles within the company and was promoted to the position of General Manager.

Martyn brings 25 years of experience in Plant & Tool Hire to the job and has worked for Didcot Plant for seven years. Before stepping into his new role, he had been Business Development Manager.

We wish Martyn every success in his new role.
