Where've the prices gone?

If you’re thinking that we used to have prices on our website, you're right, we did and we took them down at the start of the year.

Why did we do this?

Showing the pure hire rates, like in a traditional hire company brochure, can be problematic, especially because they only represent part of the overall charge (transport, fuel, insurance, VAT), leaving some customers feeling misled. To remedy this, we decided to switch to a fully quoted pricing setup, via our 'Get a Quote' button, which has been working well.

Description

Powered by a single cylinder, air-cooled, 2 stroke petrol engine the Portek Post Driver has a high impact hammer action to drive fencing posts, signs and tree stakes or pegs into the ground. The versatile 2 stroke engine enables the unit to be left idling even on its side in between uses.

It comes complete with a round post holder and adaptor rings for posts and stakes from 1" to 4" diameter.

The optional square post holder accessory enables 3" x 3", 4" x 3" and 4" x 4" posts to be driven.
