Where've the prices gone?

If you’re thinking that we used to have prices on our website, you're right, we did and we took them down at the start of the year.

Why did we do this?

Showing the pure hire rates, like in a traditional hire company brochure, can be problematic, especially because they only represent part of the overall charge (transport, fuel, insurance, VAT), leaving some customers feeling misled. To remedy this, we decided to switch to a fully quoted pricing setup, via our 'Get a Quote' button, which has been working well.

Description

Milwaukee DD 2-160 XE Diamond Drill

The DD 2-160 XE is a 4.2kg heavy duty 2-speed drill (1500w motor) designed for use with dry diamond cores (from 32mm to 152mm) for drilling into brick and blockwork.

It is not suitable for drilling into ground level concrete, where a water fed rig system is required, because the dry diamond cores rely on debris escape to avoid heat build up and the resultant damage to cores.
