Lawnflite Added to Range
In September we added a Lawnflite Ride-on Mower to our ever expanding hire range.
The Lawnflite provides a 36″/920mm cutting width and has a collection capacity of 240 litres.
Fitted with a powerful 13.5HP Briggs & Stratton 4-stroke petrol engine, the Lawnflite is the perfect mower where a manoeuvrable large capacity tractor is required as well as a superb lawn finish.
The Lawnflite joins our comprehensive grounds care and gardening range, fitting in nicely alongside the Grillo Climber Ride-on Rough-cut Mower, added in July.
The Lawnflite Ride-on Mower and Grillo Climber CL780 Ride-on Rough-cut Mower can both be hired at £150 per week each (less applicable discount) + vat.

Online Sales Catalogue is Now Well Stocked
During the past couple of weeks we have been busy stocking up our online sales catalogue at www.didcotplant.co.uk/shop.
It now contains over 300 different items, all of which can be ordered online. You can choose to pay there and then via the PayPal system or pay later via existing credit account or credit card.
Alternatively you can just use it as a reference catalogue for our range of sales and consumables items before ordering over the phone or collecting in person.
New Fume Extractor
Another portable fume extraction unit was added to the fleet in September.
Suitable for many working scenarios these 31cm diameter units can be used to cool, ventilate or extract clean or dirty air from both restricted and open environments at a rate of 3250 cubic metres per hour.
The fume extractor comes with 5m of ducting as standard but additional 5m lengths can be added to the hire.
The fume extractor can be hired at £60 per week (less applicable discount) + vat. Additional 5m lengths of ducting are available at £10 per week (less applicable discount) + vat.

New Dehumidifiers
The recent bad weather and subsequent demand for dehumidifers has prompted us to increase our dehumidifier fleet with the initial purchase of three.
The FD30 is ideal for building drying, minimizing building times by creating the perfect conditions for the ‘wet’ trades such as plasterers and decorators, as well as helping with drying out after flooding and water damage situations.
It is suitable for both domestic and industrial usage.
The Andrews FD30 Dehumidifier can be hired at £50 per week (less applicable discount) + vat.

Extra Paslode Nailer
The popularity of the Paslode Nail Guns has forced us to add another IM65 Gas Brad Nailer to the hire fleet.
The IM65 is designed for second fix jobs such as door stops, tongue and groove panelling, architraves, window casing, dado rail, skirting boards, beading, stair rails and MDF fixing.
We also stock the first fix IM350 Gas Strip Nailer. This gun is used for jobs such as timber frame construction, floor boarding, roof battening, decking, flat roofing and fencing.
The IM65 Brad Nailer and the IM350 Strip Nailer can both be hired at £45 per week each (less applicable discount) + vat.

Tower Business Keeps on Growing
Since the introduction of the Working At Height Regulations in 2005 the use of aluminium scaffold towers has increased considerably and as a result our stock of Youngman Boss tower system has become increasingly stretched.
To address this problem we have been monitoring and stocks closely and buying additional components to try to get the position of never losing a single hire.
