New Renault to Boost Delivery Options
In July we added a new Renault Midlum 180 plant lorry to our fleet of vehicles.
The plant body of this 10-tonne gross lorry was built by Ken Kerr Bodybuilders of Stanton Harcourt and will take a pay-load of 4.6-tonnes.
This generous pay-load capacity gives us many more options when planning deliveries and will improve response times on transport of larger equipment.
Giant Machete a Cut Above
Within the last two weeks we have taken delivery of a Giant-Vac GM2515AWV Giant Machete field and brush mower.
This grandly titled mower joins our hire fleet as a replacement for the Camon Power Scythe, but offers a far greater level of performance.
The Giant Machete boasts variable speed hydrostatic drive that allows for quick speed and direction changes without clutching and is fitted with a powerful 15 horsepower electric start Kawasaki engine. In the event of a flat battery it is also fitted with recoil start.
It has a cutting width of 25″ and will tackle brush and grass up to 39″ high.
The Giant Machete is available for hire at £100 per week + vat.

In July the plate compactor fleet has boosted with the arrival of four new Bomag 18/45 Plate Compactors.
These 18″ wide plates weigh in at 91kg.
